About Me
Hello, I'm Veronica Noura, but you can just call me Noura. Nestled along the beautiful South Coast of NSW, I delight in crafting ceremonies in the picturesque Illawarra & Southern Highlands.
As a registered civil celebrant, nothing fills my heart more than being part of your special moments. Whether it's weaving the magic of weddings, deepening bonds with commitment ceremonies, intimate elopements, renewing vows, welcoming new names, or honoring cherished pets, I'm here to celebrate and commemorate life's pivotal chapters with you.
Family means the world to me—I'm blessed with a loving husband, three wonderful children, and eight incredible grandchildren (four granddaughters and four grandsons) who fill my life with joy and laughter.
My goal is to be by your side through both joyous celebrations and solemn farewells, crafting ceremonies that truly reflect your personal stories and memorable journeys.
A quote by Paulo Coelho has always touched my soul: “Love is just a word until someone comes along and gives it meaning.” I am profoundly grateful that love's meaning now embraces marriage equality here in Australia, allowing me to celebrate love in all its beautiful forms.
George and I first crossed paths while studying at Wollongong TAFE—a chance meeting that would forever change our lives. We found ourselves in the same course, and it wasn't long before George charmingly invited me out for coffee. What started as a simple coffee date seamlessly turned into dinner, and from there, our story unfolded into the beautiful tapestry it is today. He's not just my partner; he's my right hand, my rock, my soulmate, and the unwavering supporter of all my endeavors. We share a special kind of connection where a simple glance can convey everything that words cannot. I am truly blessed and grateful for every moment with him.
Our shared love for the great outdoors keeps our spirits adventurous. We cherish traveling, exploring both the hidden gems of Australia and the vastness of the world beyond. It's a tradition we hold dear, ensuring we take time each year to rejuvenate and reconnect during these holidays. Recently, we turned a new page by selling our family home and settling into our forever home here in Illawarra, loving every moment of making it uniquely ours.
George, alongside our family, inspires me daily to be the best version of myself. They see me strive to show that at any age, with passion and a little courage, anything is achievable. They motivate me to live authentically and passionately, constantly reminding me that it's never too late to chase your dreams.
